
Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with RUB947 Estudio. Because all of our garments are handmade to order, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail. Please read it carefully before placing your order.
1. No Full Refunds or Exchanges
All items are handcrafted individually upon purchase. Due to the bespoke, made-to-demand nature of our products, we are unable to offer full refunds or item exchanges once an order has been placed and production has begun. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Returns — Wrong Size Only
We accept returns exclusively in cases where the item received does not match the size specified in your order. If you receive an item in the wrong size, you are eligible for a replacement garment made to the correct size.
To qualify for a size-based return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and unworn.
- The item must be in the exact same condition as when you received it. No signs of wear, alterations, or damage.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any protective materials.
- You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns that do not meet all of the above conditions will not be accepted, and the item will be returned to the sender.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at infocontact@rub947estudio.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please include the following in your message:
- Your full name and order number.
- A clear description of the size discrepancy.
- Photos of the item and its label, showing the size received.
- Your proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For international returns, please be aware of the following:
- You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in the destination country.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Delivery times for replacement garments will vary depending on your location and the time required for production.
5. Inspection & Replacement
Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected within 5 business days. You will be notified by email of the outcome.
If the return is approved, we will begin production of a replacement garment in the correct size. Please note that as each piece is handmade, production time applies to all replacements.
If the return is rejected (due to the item being used, damaged, or not in its original condition), the item will be returned to you at your expense.
6. Refunds
As stated above, we do not offer monetary refunds. The sole remedy available for an approved return is the production of a replacement item in the correct size.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you believe you are owed a refund in exceptional circumstances already approved in writing by our team, and you have not received it, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account and payment method statements.
- Contact your credit card company — processing times may delay posting.
- Contact your bank directly.
- If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at infocontact@rub947estudio.com.
7. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for size-based returns. Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price cannot be returned or replaced under any circumstances.
8. International Orders
RUB947 Estudio ships internationally. Customers outside Argentina are subject to all of the same return conditions described in this policy, with the additional understanding that:
- International return shipping and all associated costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Customs clearance for returned and replacement items may cause additional delays.
- RUB947 Estudio is not liable for packages lost, seized, or delayed by customs.
